The Suwanee, Georgia-basedcompany is leasing 14,600-sf of space here in this one-story,84,000-sf office and research and development building, which islocated near Routes 95 and 1 and is about 20 miles south of Boston.Among the other tenants in the building are Carrier Corporation,and the Square D Company.
Spaulding & Slye Colliers senior vice president Peter W.Richardson and associate Eric B. Foster represented Hadco in thetransaction. Vazza Associates, the owner, was represented byRichard Vazza. Hadco will begin its occupancy of the space thisMarch. The other major metro markets the company serves includeAtlanta, Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia.
