ATLANTA-Locally based Lane Realty Advisors paid $30.25 million or an average $77,763 per unit for the 270-unit Glenlake Gables and the 119-unit Glenridge Gables, both on Glenridge Drive in the Perimeter Center area, north of the city. Lane refused to identify the institutional seller. Lane plans to spend $3.5 million on renovations, according to the company’s prepared statement.

Lane Realty Advisor has made four apartment complex acquisitions this year, totaling 1,108 units for $73.5 million or an average $66,336 per unit.

Glenlake Gables and Glenridge Gables will be renamed. Lane Co. will take over management duties from Gables Residential.
