The tenant is Genlabs Inc., one of the region's largestmanufacturers and distributors of cleaning products. The 11-yearlease is valued at $7.5 million, according to a CIP marketing proinvolved in the transaction.
Genlab's new space is at 5650 Schaever Ave. The building isinside CIP's Schaefer Industrial Park.
CIP Real Estate's in-house leasing team represented both Genlabsand CIP in the transaction.
