In addition, building-materials manufacturer ITW Paslodeextended its 57,176-sf lease at 13825 West Business Center Dr.while contract packaging firm Sigma Services, Inc. signed a newlease for 54,107 sf at 13820 W. Business Center Dr., making a movefrom nearby Mundelein.
NAI Hiffman vice president C.L. Botthof, Jr. represented BradleyRoad LLC, owner of the two buildings, in the lease deals. TrammellCrow Co. vice president Rick Delisle represented Sigma in itsdeal.
Botthof also was involved in two other deals in neighboringsuburbs. He represented computer company Visiontek in a 30,000-sfsublease of space at 801 Technology Way in Libertyville andbuilding owner, J. Emil Anderson in a 22,521-sf lease deal withMaytag distributor Mac Gray Corp. for space at 880 Lakeside Dr. inGurnee.
