Advantis Continues to Raid Carter for Staff

ORLANDO-The one-month-old Orlando office of Atlanta-based Advantis Real Estate Services Co. has lured a fifth staffer in the past 30 days from competitor Carter & Associates-ONCOR. Robert R. Kellogg, a broker-in-training at Carter, joins Advantis as an associate of office properties.

Kellogg will handle office leasing and tenant representation, working with Tim Perry and Greg Morrison who previously jumped ship at Carter. Kellogg, an Orlando native, holds a bachelor of arts degree in business management from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL.

Ted O’Connell, Advantis managing director, Central Florida region, feels Kellogg will be “a great addition” the new Orlando office.

Besides Kellogg, Perry and Morrison, other former Carter professionals now at Advantis are Lisas Bailey and Jeff McFadden, both directors in Advantis’ office services group.
