The team consists of John Pruitt, Michelle Wogan, Dena Wren andLouis Crapitto."There is currently no available office space on theBeltway between Interstate 10 and US 290," says Pruitt, "and weexpect this first building to lease quickly." The flagshipbuilding, Beltway 8 Corporate Centre, is a two-story, 102,000-sfoffice building scheduled for completion in June 2002. The Beltway8 Corporate Centre Business Park. is located along West Sam HoustonParkway just north of Clay Road. Construction is under way on thebuilding.
Panattoni is teaming with MetroNational Corp. of Houston for thepark's development. Published reports say the project is partiallyfinanced by the Southwest Bank of Texas.
