The state has awarded the company $9.9 million in SingleBusiness Tax credits at the Wyoming facility, and $6.4 million inSBT credits for the Adrian complex. The company plans onreconstructing, expanding and renovating its facilities, improvinginfrastructure and purchasing new equipment.

The company's products include computer chips, smart sensors,telecommunications equipment and mechanical components.

The city of Wyoming is also approving a $1.5 million taxabatement over 12 years for Delphi. Adrian plans to do the same forits facility.
