Patrick Slavin of Hendricks & Partners' Phoenix officerepresented the seller. Ric Holway of the Phoenix team for Marcus& Millichap handled negotiations for the buyer. Earlier thismonth, Holway also represented the Blivens when they sold theirCanyon North Apartments, situated at 2339 W. Northern Ave., toprivate investor Eugene Frankos of Wickieuup, AZ. Frankos paid $2.1million for the class B holding.
