Known as the Ward Building, the11-floor structure offers a total of 91,809 sf Class A office andretail space. Other tenants include the Public Risk ManagementAssociation, the National Aeronautic Association, the Center forInternational Research and Allstate Insurance Company. WardDevelopment Company owns the building and Westfield Realty, Inc.serves as the property manager.
