GVA Williams recently closed a number of leases at the asset,including a new lease of 30,000 sf for MetLife Securities. Recentlease renewals include Merck & Co., which re-upped for 47,000sf; Care Advantage (30,000 sf); and Amerihealth (20,000 sf).

"The leasing momentum at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza is anindication of the fundamental strength of the Central New Jerseyoffice market," according to Jeffrey Schotz, executive managingofficer for GVA Williams of New Jersey. The firm has itsheadquarters in Parsippany.

Located on Route 1, the property has access to the Garden StateParkway, Route 27 and I-287. The Metropark train station is nearbyas well.
