GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Advanced Bank Card Systems has closed a five-year lease for an office relocation from Arlington to Grand Prairie. The signing takes Carrier 360, a 75,000-sf, four-story structure, to 92% occupancy.

The new tenant will move in Jan. 1, Kurt Cherry of PM Realty tells GlobeSt.com. Advanced Bank Card Systems has taken a 5,365-sf spot in the 18-year-old building owned by BGK Equities, a Santa Fe-based investment group that has a Dallas-Ft.
