Roy Scruggs of CarrAmerica Realty Corp.'s Austin officerepresented the building owner, CarrAmerica Realty LP. Mike Wileyof Stanberry & Associates negotiated the lease for OasisSilicon. Scruggs still has another 100,000 sf to fill to bring theSetting to full occupancy. Cofiniti Inc., which develops and sellssoftware for financial applications, is in the third building.CarrAmerica leases the Setting and Braker Pointe III.

Oasis Silicon Systems moved from 1101 S. Capital of TexasHighway. The company, based in Germany, designs and makesmixed-signal microprocessors and software for high-speedfiber-optic networking of entertainment, multimedia and dataservices. These products include electrical-to-optical-converters,network transceivers, highly integrated system-on-a-chip processorsand modular subsystems. Oasis also provides development tools andsoftware to implement these systems.
