This latest arrangement is the seventh lease JBGR has arrangedwith Starbucks in the Washington area over the last year. Locatedacross the street from the District's National Zoo, the latestlocale is scheduled to open within the first few months of the NewYear. "This is a great location for a retailer like Starbucksbecause, up to this point, residents of the Woodley Parkneighborhood didn't have a coffee shop to call their own," JBGRPrincipal Rob Rosenfeld explains in a statement. "Add in the foottraffic from visitors to the zoo, and this Starbucks location ispoised to succeed."
