The transaction is one of the largest leasing deals signed inthe San Fernando Valley this year. Sun America is amending its 1997lease in the newest building of the Warner Center, which waserected in 1995. It is a 605,000-sf, 25-story office building thatis currently 97% leased.

The Warner Center features office and industrial buildings builtover a series of phases between 1982 and 1995. It is comprised ofan inventory of roughly 2.3 million sf over 21 different class andtype buildings.

Sun America was represented by Jim Travers and Lawson Martin ofTravers Realty. AEW was represented in the transaction by DaveSollmon, Bill Inglis and Don Hudson of CB Richard Ellis, in anoffice located at the Warner Center.
