Known as RezRez, Resort Reservations is buying 800's callcenter, websites, URLs and Prestige Travel Systems, an 800-relatedcompany. The Tampa firm operates LowAirfare.com, CruiseBrokers.com,TourBrokers.com and several phone numbers such as1-800-FLY-4LESS.
"This acquisition will allow both companies to continue to serveall of our customers with more substantial offerings," RezRez CEOStan Sprenger says in a prepared statement.
RezRez has 20 destination-focused reservation websites for tophospitality locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and theCaribbean. The company plans to launch another 35 destinations thisyear.
