Atlanta-based Ronus, which owned a 262,700-sf facility for 14years, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in thetransaction. Noble was self-represented. The sale price has notbeen disclosed.

Located at the intersection of State Road 50 and Hiawassee Road,the center is occupied by Home Depot, Office Depot, RhodesFurniture, Dockside Imports and a variety of national and localtenants.
