In other deals reported by Colonial Realty, Opici WineDistributors paid $815,000 for 210 Old Gate Lane in Milford, a14,570-sf industrial/distribution building. Gorbach representedOpici Wine Distributors in the deal, while John Bergin of George J.Smith represented the seller in the transaction. The winedistribution firm, which also has facilities in New Jersey andFlorida, relocated from approximately 10,000 sf of leased space at26 Poland St. in Bridgeport.

Colonial Realty also announces that Centro Company has signed alease for 7,200 sf of space at 265 Asylum Street in Bridgeport. Thedeal involves the relocation of Centro from other leased space inBridgeport.

Finally, the brokerage firm says that it brokered the CMI leaseof 12,000 sf of space in West Haven. Colonial's Gorbach was thesole broker in the Centro Company and CMI lease deals.
