The renovation project at the two-story building involves arefurbishing of all public spaces, including new granite floors andwalls and new lighting systems. The asset is located on Route202/206 in a business corridor that includes such corporateneighbors as Ethicon, Hoechst Marion Roussel, Ortho Diagnostics,Johnson & Johnson, Roche Diagnostics, AT&T, MetLife, Exxonand Chubb.
