Greg Cizik of ColliersInternational represented the tenant. The building is owned byCornerstone Suburban Office LP, which had Webb Wotkyns of PM Realtyhandling its end of the negotiations.

In a 3,177-sf lease, MCS Technologies LLC took an office spot at1220 Augusta Dr. near the Fountainview Drive building. Rob Johnsonof Rob Johnson Interests represented the building owner, 1220Augusta Partners Ltd. Robert S. Parsley and John Cox, both ofColliers International's Houston office, brokered the terms for thetenant. MCS Technologies provides separation and treatment servicesto the petroleum industry.

The near southwest submarket contains slightly more than fourmillion sf. It has a 16.4% vacancy rate, with average rentshovering above $14 per sf.
