Corinthian's seven-year lease takes the building to 83%occupancy, Amy Toups, a director for Prescott Realty Group, tellsGlobeSt.com. The post-secondary educational provider will besetting up shop in the former headquarters space for La Madeleinerestaurants.

Toups says the competition was stiff for the prospect, whichoperates 63 colleges in 21 states. She believes Prescott'sground-floor space coupled with its location at a DART station werethe deciding factors.

The Staubach Co. of Dallas is as acting a construction manager.The firm's Frank Ricca and Paul Dimeo represented the college inits site search. Barbara Bennett of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.brokered the contract for Prescott.
