The company signed a lease renewal for the building, which islocated at 30200 Whipple in Union City, and plans to use the spacefor distribution purposes. The 130,140-sf building is located inthe Alvarado Business Center, a 10-building, 1.2 million-sfwarehouse and distribution park. The park is currently 100% leasedto 28 tenants.

"Breuners considered all its options," says Todd Severson, vicepresident of Colliers International's Oakland office. "But in theend, the company decided that remaining in its current location andsigning a long-term lease was valuable for its employees."

Severson represented Breuners in the transaction, while thelandlord, RREEF, represented itself.
