Brensco Inc. will build a Repair 1 station at the intersectionof College Park and Greenbridge drives. An early December openingis planned. Brent O'Neal of Brensco says he plans to open 15 morelocations in the Houston area.
O'Neal handled his side of the talks while the Woodlands usedGreg Jordan, director of retail sales and leasing, to bargain itsside.
A fifth fire station will rise at the southeast corner of BranchCrossing Drive and Ashland Way in the Village of Sterling Ridge.The Woodlands, as it has done with the other stations, donated theland to the Woodlands Fire Department. Construction will begin inSeptember. Delivery is planned for June 2003.
