"It's a four-building complex which gives a little more identityto an owner-user," says Anderson, who represented seller, NationalMall Front & Design, in the transaction.He says the propertyhad only been on the market about four months before it was scoopedup by the Montana pair.

The industrial park, located on 1.5 acres near 76th Avenue andMountain View, is situated in a business district near Grand Avenuewith easy access to the valley's north-west suburbs, he says. Theformer owner, which occupied the site prior to its sale, will moveout by the end of the month to a 60,000-sf facility in Deer Valley,Anderson says.
