The terms of the lease will provide Netegrity with necessarylong-term growth within the building. Anne Columbia of The ColumbiaGroup, who represented Netegrity in the transaction, says thewillingness of owner Boston Properties to accommodate that needconvinced Netegrity to take the space. She adds that the site"provides a very pleasant environment for employees in a highlycost effective way. They liked the site, they liked the economicsof the lease transaction, and they liked the owner."

David Campbell, John Boyle, and Brian Hines of Trammell CrowCompany represented Boston Properties in the transaction.

The six-story building that comprises is located at theintersection of Routes 128 and 20. Among its features are afull-service café, a fitness facility and covered parking. BostonProperties provides on-site management.
