No plans have been announced for the site, although townshipofficials are said to be leaning toward developing it for variedrecreational uses. Actual plans are not expected to be revealeduntil the sale of the property has closed.
The owner/seller of the site has not been identified. The saleprice, however, is considerably lower than anticipated-the site hasbeen listed for nearly five years for $2.5 million.
