Jim Linn of Grubb & Ellis tells GlobeSt.com that Fairway wasthe developer of the building, which is in the Centre PointeBusiness Park. Linn and Nigel Sout of Grubb & Ellis representedthe seller, while Autotech was represented by Ron Berndt of ToldPartners.
Autotech, which has relocated to the building from Sun Valley,will use the space as a distribution facility. The industrialproperty also includes about 2,700 sf of mezzanine officespace.
Valencia, Calif.-based Fairway Commercial Partners is aninvestment and development firm headed by Jim Backer and RodOshita. The firm is the master developer of Centre Pointe BusinessPark, a 240-acre master-planned project that includes buildings forsale or lease as well as build-to-suit properties.
