Through his recent duties as EVP and COO, Kincaid spearheadedthe company's internal restructuring process, which includedreorganizing EOP's regions, changing corporate processes, anddeveloping a new commercial property operating model. He joined thecompany nearly seven years ago as CFO and is credited with takingEOP public in 1997. He also led the company's financial strategiesduring a strong growth period that included more than $17 billionin mergers and acquisitions.
