Located at 1611 W. Vista Way, the site fronts Highway 78. Theproperty was previously occupied by an RV sales company. Thebuyers, Kent and Sylvia Curl dba Aloha Motors, plan to transformthe parcel into an Aloha Motors used car dealership. Slated forgroundbreaking in 2003, the project is being designed by ThomasLamore of Smith Consulting Architects and will be built by generalcontractor Taylor Construction. The completed dealership will markthe second site for Aloha Motors, which currently operates alocation on Palm Avenue in the South Bay.
