The expansion at Flagler Site--located at Copans and I-95 inBroward County--is a result of Gold Coast Beverage Distributors'purchase of William Thies, a Miller beer distributorship in FortLauderdale, early this year, Pritchard says. The company needed thespace to incorporate the distributorship's products.

While the exact cost of the expansion was undisclosed, Pritchardtells GlobeSt.com it will cost tens of millions of dollars. Thecost of the land was also unrevealed. Currently, Gold Coastoperates out of Miami and Pompano Beach.

M. Leon Banks, Pedro J. Garcia and Stuart Gordon of CodinaRealty Services represented the seller as the only brokers involvedin the land sale.
