Mark Preston, former vice president/debt capital markets atSunTrust Robinson Humphrey Capital Markets, is the firm's newestinvestment officer/credit. Shak Presswala, who also worked atSunTrust Robinson, is a credit analyst. Ginger Griffith moves up toinvestment officer/closing level from her former duties as directorof REIT accounting.
Preston has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from TulaneUniversity and an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business atTulane. He will evaluate the creditworthiness of potential tenantsin real estate acquisitions and will also structure leasingdeals.
Presswala, also a former SunTrust Robinson professional, willunderwrite and pre-screen tenants in potential acquisitions. He isa Vanderbilt University graduate with a major in economics and aminor in finance.
