The Taiwanese IT company has agreed to take an assignment of the25-year lease for the 28,500 sf hi-tech facility, which expires in2008, at a passing rent of £87,250 pa ($139,914). Stuart Murray,associate at FPDSavills, commented: 'The assignment representssignificant inward investment into Salford and will in turn bringnew jobs to the local area'.
