The quartet's largest lease was inked by SoloMio Corp., anoffshoot of Vignette Corp. It is remaining in 7,645 sf at 1011 SanJacinto in the CBD. Ron Meyeres of Capital Leasing and Managementacted for the building owner, Cedar Corp. The building has 32,238sf. SoloMio, as were the other tenants in the quartet, wasrepresented by Russell Young of Commercial Texas in Austin.

Also in the CBD, Salion re-upped 5,600 sf at the Perry-BrooksBuilding at 720 Brazos St. Tim Jarvis and Casey Beasley ofJarvis-Beasley Commercial acted for the building. The 40-year-oldbuilding has 109,162 sf.

In the central submarket, Ergosoft Laboratories renewed on 856sf at 8100 Shoal Creek. Barney Bigham of Dube's Commercialrepresented building owner, Galaxie Corp. The two-story buildinghas 10,500 sf.
