On the East Side, Bishop's Original Products Inc. renewed 6,440sf at Clinton Industrial Park at 7111 Clinton Dr. The industrialspace is used for general offices and the storage and distributionof specialty lubricants for automobiles, industry, households,heavy commercial equipment and aircraft.
Menuet also brokered the deal for the building owner, VantageHouston Inc., agent for Southwest Texas "Clinton" Industrial Park.The 7111 Clinton Dr. building, built in 1964, totals 182,000sf.
