Leona's, which currently owns 16 restaurants in Chicago andsuburbs, is remodeling the 16,000-sf restaurant and banquetfacility, which is situated on a two-acre site. The sale price wasundisclosed but the asking rate was $850,000. The purchase is inconjunction with Leona's continuing expansion in the Chicagolandarea.
