The development will be situated on 22 acres purchased recentlyfor $2.2 million. The two-, three- and four-bedroom plans range insize from 1,038 to 1450 sf.

The homes are priced in the low $140,000s. The community is morethan 70% sold in less than a month after the land acquisition.
