The seller was represented in the transaction by FrankTruesdell, senior vice president in Trammell Crow Co.'s New Jerseyoffice in Florham Park. The buyer was represented by Ian M. Grusd,principal of RE/MAX Commercial Realty, Cranford, NJ. The buildingitself includes 3,500 sf of office space and 26,500 sf of warehousespace on a two-acre site.
The deal is the latest in a long-term relationship betweenTrammell Crow Co. and Nestle Waters North America, formerly knownas the Perrier Group of America Inc. Last year, TCC representedNestle Waters in a 77,000-sf, long-term lease for a design/buildfacility in Kearny, NJ, a project that turned the company's Unionfacility into surplus property.
