The CB Richard Ellis Inc. team of Tom Adelson, Jim Fijan, JerryRoberts and Kevin Calihan represented the building owner, PerimeterCenter Lot 1 Office Park of Scottsdale. Locally based DHL'sinterests were negotiated by Jim Trobaugh, Rob Marsh and ChrisHook, also with CBRE's Phoenix office.

Roberts, senior VP with the brokerage house, notes the latestlease brings the 212,000-sf complex--which consists of twintwo-story buildings--to 100% occupancy. "The buildings are upscaleand have great exposure to the 101 Freeway, which is newlycompleted in North Scottsdale," he explains, adding that thecomplex's large floor plates with more than 55,000 sf per floor,also worked to attract big tenants.

The international document transportation service provider firstmoved into the Koll Center in June 2002, where it leased the entireBuilding A for the next 10 years. That office space serves as oneof its three 24-hour information centers, which track the company'spackage distribution services. CB Richard Ellis also stood in forDHL on that transaction.
