The company's 123,098-sf store at 381 Court St. is up for sale,according to the company's Web site. The listing does not provide asale price, but it does say the company is willing to subdivide thesite. The nearly 14-acre property comes with 615 parking spaces andis a freestanding building adjacent to Cordage Park offices.

The building will be available in late 2005 when Wal-Mart isready to move into its supercenter, which the company has proposedto be at Plymouth Gateway off of Commerce Way in the PlymouthIndustrial Park. Calls to Wal-Mart were not returned by deadline,but a representative of Plymouth's planning department tellsGlobeSt.com that the company is still in the permitting process forthe new location. The representative adds that the new Wal-Martsupercenter will be part of a shopping center that will includeother businesses. She says that it is still unclear what otherretail stores will go into the center.
