Compuware is nearing the final touches after two years ofconstruction on its new 15-story, $350 million headquarters in thecity. The computer firm formerly had its main offices in FarmingtonHills, but was scattered among nine different facilities around themetro area.

Key among those final moves is the filling of some 60,000 sf ofretail space, mostly on the building ground floor.

Among those moving in are a Hard Rock Café and Credit Union One.A Compuware spokesman said concrete has already been poured for thestage and bar area at the Hard Rock and that construction isalready past the midway point for the new credit union branch.
