The property at 429 W. 127th St. is being soldthrough a sealed-bid process, as is a package of 210 vacant citylots west of Torrence Avenue between 116th and 120th streets.

Across the street is a former coke plant on more than 102 acresat 11236S. Torrence Ave. A former blast-furnace plant on nearly 90acres at 10700 S. Burley Ave., with more than a half-mile offrontage on the Calumet River, also is for sale. Both propertieshave rail access.
