Across the street is a former coke plant on more than 102 acresat 11236S. Torrence Ave. A former blast-furnace plant on nearly 90acres at 10700 S. Burley Ave., with more than a half-mile offrontage on the Calumet River, also is for sale. Both propertieshave rail access.
