The new multi-year space contract was negotiated by Joseph M.Sklencar, Sr., a senior vice president, and David P. Dolan, a firstvice president with CB Richard Ellis in the Philadelphia region.The duo represented both the tenant and the owner of Plaza 1000 atMainstreet, the Plymouth Meeting, PA-based Brandywine Realty Trust.According to Sklencar, the law firm is currently "in the process ofexpanding its staff to its new areas within the building."
Besides Ballard Spar Andrews & Ingersoll, other majortenants in the 162,000-sf Plaza 1000 at Mainstreet include AllianceGrain/Conagra, Chevron Chemical, Dean Witter Reynolds, KeystoneInsurance, Miller Brewing, GlaxoSmithKline and Sovereign MortgageBank. Overall, Ballard Spar has almost 350 attorneys in sevenoffices.
