Buyer Mnshed N. Al-Mahmodi of La Mesa has picked up themultifamily asset, known as Brisas del Este, from San Diego-basedseller Bonsall Cielo LLC for $5.3 million. Bonsall Cielo LLCoriginally acquired the property late last year for $3.8 million.At the time, the LLC planned to convert the complex's apartmentunits into condominiums.
Built in 1987, Brisas del Este stands at 31916-18 Del CieloEste. Featuring Spanish-style architecture, the property includesprivate garages, a swimming pool and sauna.
The recent transaction was brokered by Steve Huffman and JulesArthur of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners.
