Elliott, a former owner and president of Elliott ConsultingServices Inc., will direct property management, constructionmanagement and engineering activities for PM in the city, Floridaand North and South Carolina, overseeing 100 employees and aportfolio of six million sf. She reports to David Parker, seniorvice president and director of the firm's Eastern Division.
"(Elliott) has a proven track record of leading and motivatingteams to enhance the value of properties," Parker says. "She is awell-known and trusted name in the real estate industry."
Elliott is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is amember of the Atlanta Building Owners and Managers Association, theInstitute of Real Estate Management and Commercial Real EstateWomen of Atlanta. She is also a certified property manager and realproperty administrator.
