Designed by Watkins/Baile Associates of Newport Beach, thethree-story, steel frame structure is being developed by AspenGrove as a multi-tenant office building. In addition to generalcontracting, Wentz is providing schedule management,preconstruction services, value engineering and logistics planningfor Newport Beach-based Aspen Grove, which is a real estatedevelopment firm.
The new office building, which is scheduled to be completed inMarch, will serve as the new Southern California regional officefor Redwood Shores-based Wentz, which will be relocating itsSouthern California office from Irvine to the new officedevelopment. Established in 1974, Wentz provides management,construction and engineering services for corporate users, realestate development firms and institutions throughout the WesternUnited States.
