The project, located near the intersection of Interstates 94 and494, includes such retailers as Williams-Sonoma, Borders Books& Music, Pottery Barn, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Aeropostale,California Pizza Kitchen.
"The open-air, pedestrian-friendly design allows consumers toenjoy a sense of community while shopping, dining or just visitingin the common areas," says Scott Rehorn, partner at REDDevelopment.
The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, located on 53 acres, is the thirdphase of the Arbor Lakes development that began in 1999. With theaddition of The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, the total square footage ofthe Arbor Lakes retail development is 1.1 million sf, or about thesame size as Twin Cities regional malls Ridgedale, Brookdale andRosedale.
