Frauenshuh, who has managed and leased the Shoreview MedicalCenter for more than six years, was asked to sell the building bythe owners, SHF & Associates. Frauenshuh will retain themanagement and leasing contract under the new ownership, said GaryLindstrom, EVP of Frauenshuh. Edina, MN-based Frauenshuh is adiversified commercial real estate firm.
