The 11-building, 293,796-sf property, which is 86% occupied, isbeing repositioned by building owner, CamelSquare LLC to handlemore medical uses, Mustfeld says. She, Larry Downey and JerryJacobs, also with Cushman & Wakefield, are the property'sleasing agents. Tom Adelson and Kevin Calihan, both with CB RichardEllis Inc.'s Phoenix office, represented Mountain View FamilyPhysicians. Arrow Surgical Associates represented itself in thetransaction.
