Located on a 1.3-acre parcel at 1059 E. Bradley Ave., the30-unit complex was constructed in 1987. All of its units featuretwo-bedroom, 1.75-bath floorplans.

Seller Avallone Commercial Properties LLC, which originallyacquired the property in 1989, has sold the asset to privateinvestors Chris La Fornara, David Hurwitz, Tamara Hurwitz, JonathanEary, Jacqueline Eary, Shannon Phillipps and Sally Semm. Thetransaction is valued at $3.2 million.

In the recent deal, the buyers were represented by JoeSiemienowski of Siemienowski & Associates. Peter Scepanovic ofColliers International acted on behalf of the seller.
