At Plaza 5, Moody's Investor Services leased 43,344 sf for fiveyears. The other deal at the site was the Office of ThriftSupervision's signing for 20,664 sf for 15 years.

Other highlights of the quarter's activity saw Coram AlternateSite Services, a provider of home healthcare, takes 36,370 sf attwo office/flex buildings at Mack-Cali Commercenter in Totowa. Thecompany re-upped for 26,125 sf for five years at the 47,000-sf 11Commerce Way, and signed a new lease for just more than 10,000 sfat the 42,500-sf 20 Commerce Way. David Newton of Bayshore Partnersrepped the tenant, and Christopher DeLorenzo was Mack-Cali'sin-house rep.

At the 247,000-sf 150 JFK Parkway in Short Hills, meanwhile,Citigroup Global Markets Inc. leased 26,834 sf for 10 years in atransaction representing a relocation and an expansion of just over8,000 sf. Edward DaCosta of CB Richard Ellis spoke for the tenant,and senior leasing director Diane Chayes was Mack-Cali's in-houserep.
