Greg Nowell of the Sitar Group-Oncor International, along withthe Baltimore office of Trammell Crow Co. represented the tenant inthe transaction, while PRC, which is headquartered in nearby WestLong Branch, NJ, was represented in-house. Further terms of thesigning were not disclosed.
The PRC Business Centre is a three-building, 84,000-sf officecampus. "Booz Allen had many alternatives but chose this locationfor its park-like setting and corporate accommodations," accordingto Brudner.
